I am also interested in this family. I have a creed T. Thomasson who went to mo. and had a son named Robert.

I have found a Creed Thompson in a will of John thompson in Bedford Co Va. it could be a reason why you dont find them their name change when they went to ky..

mine also went to Ky.. I dont know if this Creed is mine or a brother to christopher..
