Thomason family from Alabama c. 1850
I've come to a road block in my search, let me tell you where I've stopped, maybe you can fill in some gaps...
Andrew C. (A.C.) Thomason
Born: may 28, 1818 in Georgia
Married Sarah C. (James?) Born June 27, 1827 from S. Carolina in Autauga County Alabama in 1848
They had several children as reported in the 1870 Federal Census in Morgan County:
Robert, 19
William, 17
Mary, 15
John, 13
Nancy, 11
Ema, 9
Louis, 7
James (Harper James), 5
Edgar, 3
They have a family plot at Herring Cemetery, Morgan County, Alabama.
The last census I can find them in in 1850 Autauga Census - Coosada Beat, AC was listed as a teacher, but listed as a Reverend on his headstone.
I have more details if you think I can help you, and visa versa.
Thanks-
