I'm trying to determine the ancestry of Harry B (Blocker?) Thom (b 1874 in PA), whose son Wesley Arthur Thom (b 1899 in Plaza, OH) was my father.
It appears that Harry B Thom's father might have been Joseph M. Thom [aka, "Thorn"](b. 1815), son of William Wilson Thom (b. 1799), son of Joseph Thom (b. 1743).
But that would mean that Joseph M. Thom was about 60 when Harry B Thom was born, so maybe I'm missing a generation?
