I have a Thomas Thirlaway b. 1854 probably in Durham, England, but I don't know any of his children. His father was John Thirlaway who married Mary Bell b. 1829. She was chr'nd in Houghton, Durham, England. I am also in contact with someone who is also researching different spellings of Thirlaways but a different line. I will ask her if she has anything to match your info.
