Father John Thill

Father John Thill wrote a biography on Monsignor Georges Jacquemin. It is my understanding that there are three volumes and two of them were written while the Monsignor was still living. Monsignor Jacquemin was from Luxembourg and was probably born in the 1850s or so. He came to the U.S. (Kansas) in the late 1800s, then went back to Luxembourg. He was only here for a short time. He did not live here in the States. I am thinking that Father John Thill was also in Luxembourg at the time of his writings.

I am actually from the family of the Monsignor's brother, Jean-Baptiste Jacquemin. The Monsignor was my grandfather's uncle. My grandfather was Eugene Victor Jacquemin.

We also have Binsfeld, Logeling, and Hirsch in the family line.

Any information on this biography and its location is greatly appreciated. And if anyone here is related in some way, please feel free to notify me directly at New cousins are always welcome!
