Josephine was born 10 Jan 1866 in Luxenbourg.Josephine was 14 when she came over. Her sister was supposed to come but got sick. Josephine took her place and was a 'nanny" for an affluent family in Minnesota who had young children. I do not know their names.

She married John Joseph Lebens. His birthday was 19 Mar 1858 and he was born in Munstergeleen Netherlands. They had six children.... Dolores, John, Ann, George, Genevieve, and Michael.

I would love to find out about Josephine's family. They did come over to Minnesota. I have only begun to try and locate them.
