I am looking for information of the parents and ancestors of Thomas Thigpen b. 1830 in Sumter, South Carolina. He married Mary A. Hall and moved to Volusia County Florida, but his parents remained in South Carolina. I believe his parents were John Thigpen b. 1787 in Sumter and Elizabeth Grooms b 1795 in Dorchester Co. South Carolina. Can anyone help with Thomas' parents and the rest of the family tree?
