Hi Lori,
Georges Lacombe was the brother of my Great-Great-grandmother Sophie Lacombe who married Henri-Jean Poulin aka John Pooler. They are buried in the Pine Grove Cemetary in Waterville, Maine, USA.
I don't find the Bariaults in my database. Can you explain where they come in the line? Is it on the Thibodeau side? Adélaïde "Ledgie" Thibodeau had a native ancestor if my research is correct. See below.

52a Georges-François Lacombe married Adélaïde "Ledgie" Thibodeau on 18 Nov. 1834 at Beauceville, PQ. This couple is regarded as one of Winslow's first French- Canadian settlers (1846). Georges was born Dec 5, 1811 at Beaucevile, son of André Lacombe and M.-Louise Roy.
52b Ledgie (Adélaïde) Lacombe was born on 1 Jul 1814 in Beauceville, daughter of Louis Thibodeau and M.-Louise Gagné & came to Wtvl.in 1844. She was 88 per her gravestone, and 90y-0m-5d per her death record in the ME Vital Rec. (See #52a for her marriage.) This stone was found buried on 5 Jul 1994.

He married (1) Marie-Jeanne-Claire CLOUTIER, 27-08-1770 in Saint-Joseph, Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, Beauce, QC, (daughter of Zacharie CLOUTIER and Claire-Félicité VACHON).---->This Zacharie Cloutier was a meti French/Algonquin/Huron via his great great grandparents. See line culminating in #22 with parents **** Martin Provost and Marie Olivier dit Sylvestre, an Algonquin/Huron daughter of Roch MANITOUABEOUICH and also a ward of Samuel de Champlain's interpreter Olivier LETARDIF

Martin PRÉVOST dit PROVOST was originally from Paris, France. He was born before 4 Jan 1611 in Paris, France. He appeared at Québec in 1639. He was a valet then a receiver in the store at Québec. On 3 Jan/Nov 1644, he married an Algonquin/Huron, Marie Olivier dit Sylvestre****, a daughter of Roch MANITOUABEOUICH, a ward of Olivier LETARDIF. He died at Beauport on 27 Jan 1681. Olivier LETARDIF served and an interpreter for Samuel de Champlain with the Native Americans. (see above for lineage)
