Family story is that Grandfather Anthony Thibodeau or his father Joseph Thibodeau was born on Indian reserve in NB, Canada. At the age of 10-12 yrs old ran away and worked on board a fishing vessel that landed in St.John NB, Canada. From there went to work for and lived with a family by the name of Thibodeau and took on there name. I have also been told we are related to Savoies from Canada. Any information you can add to this story would be so appreciated. Thank you very much.
