I am trying to get a more concrete link in the ancestors of my 2nd Great Grandparents Alexandre (b1832 in Bonaventure Canada) and Lenore Terrio (1839-1925 born in Van Buren Maine). They had a son John Baptist Terrio (abt 1867-1944).

Where I am stuck is confirming their respective parents and ancestors. I have anecdotal evidence, mostly other unconfirmed online family trees, that indicate the following data.

Alexandre Terrio's parents were Charles Theriault and Anne Dickson(Dixon).

Lenore Terrio's parents were Elire H Terrio (1807-1893 born in Van Buren Maine) and Salome Lavasseur (b1820).

If anyone can confirm or positively refute the data I have it would be greatly appreciated.
