I found the website with immigrants from Belgium - by Andre Hennico.

After you go to the site, click on "emigrations" in the left side column. Then click on the British flag to get English language.

I found a Theis family to Indiana listed under the St. Leger link. They came from Meix le Tige, Belgium. I think it may be your family.

(maybe check under Messancy link for Meix le Tige if it is not listed under St. Leger, as I am not certain right now). At any rate it was Meix le Tige.
