I came across a note in the Thayer file at the Thetford, Vermont, Historical Society listing members of a church in Randolph, Massachusetts who took letters to a church in Thetford, Vermont. This was done when church members moved and became members of a different church in their new location. The members were
William Thayer and his wife Sally whitcomb
Joseph Kingman and his wife Mary Thayer.
I am researching the Thetford Thayers and would like to know who the parents, siblings and children of william Thayer and Sally Whitcomb were.
Perhaps they were related to your Mehitable Thayer.
