Contend/Contest: New Jersey Line: Benjamin of DAVID, NOT Benjamin of Abner

I do hereby formally and officially and legally contend and contest Dennis Thorp and his ancestor Abner Thorp in their great error of committing identity theft in presuming and assuming and claiming and publishing as fact that it is supposedly the Benjmamin of Abner(Daniel< Daniel< Thomas< John) who had Nathan and Nathan had Albert Gallatin when in fact, according to all the family records I have, it was Benjamin of DAVID. I insist as others have insisted that there was a DAVID Thorp who immigrated possibly from Wales in 1740 into Monmouth Co, New Jersey (the same area as the other Benjamin)and married Hahalia Baldwin in 1744 and had Benjamin in 1745, not 1756. Benjamin was DAVID and Mahalia's first born son. They also had two daughters. We need to investigate to see if they had any more. These dates match also. They married the year before they had Benjamin. Anyhow, I need all the help I can get from anyone willing to state that it was the Benjamin of DAVID NOT Benjamin of Abner who married Sarah Lyon and had all their children: James (1785), Nathan (1794), Albert Gallatin(1801), Hester (1806), Elizabeth (1605), and Daniel Lyon (1810).
Anyway, thank you for your help in resolving who is right and who is wrong and stands to be corrected. You can reach me at spiritwordmin@yahoo.com or 443-859-8639. Dave
