Hello Frank:
I did some more work on the Thackeray family last night. I have the following children born to Thomas and Jane (Fisher) Thackeray.
1. Edward born ca. 1824 Thearne married Ann Baxter 1851
2. Thomas born ca. 1831 Woodmansey married Mary Ann Maddison 1850
3. Ann born ca. 1828 married Robert Suddaby.
4. William born 1835 died 1841
5. thomas born 1825 died 1825
I found the census information from the 1841 census and Jane is listed as a widow by then so looks like Thomas has died before the census record:
1841 census:
Woodmansey
jane Thackeray age 45
Ann 12
Thomas 10
Also found on that census a family of Edward Thackeray
a couple of doors down.
Edward Thackeray 35
Ann 25
Elizabeth 10
Wilkinson 5
Mary 4
Easther 1
I was hoping to find Thomas on the 1841 census so I would have a general age for him so I could try and track down his baptims record. Oh well can;t have everything.
