Henry Tevlin born c. 1818, Co. Meath, Ireland, was supposedly a soldier. Married a Catholic woamn and had seven children then skipped over to Lancashire where he married a Wesleyan Methodist woman and had another seven!

I think this is the chap that appears on 1881 census in Manchester. Some descendants have name as Tavlin and are located in Warrington. All info gratefully received.
