I found them in Mary Bell's Tevis book.

William Oakley TEVIS (18 Je. 1896, Lexington, Fayette, KY - 11 Feb. 1965, bu. Sec. 10, Lot 49, Hillcrest Cem., Lexington) m. 28 July 1925, Lexington, Anna Mae CRUSE (28 Dec. 1905, Garrard Co. - 26 Jan. 1997, last res. Owingsville, Bath, KY, per SSDI; bu. with husband). Their only known child was Juanita Ourelia TEVIS, b. 4 Aug. 1927; m1. 21 Je. 1946, Robert Joe COOK; m2. 20 Nov. 1976, Jas. Clarence HALL. [Marriage Books 56:75; 123:345, Fayette Co.]

SSDI has a Juanita HALL (27 May 1927 - 6 Dec. 2003, Somerset, Pulaski, KY), but if the birth date in the book is correct, that's not the dau/o Wm. & Anna.

There's no BRUMAGEN in the Tevis book, but there are some of Kentucky on SSDI.
