Sorry, all I know about Albert is that he was supposedly father of Mildred HOLZHAUSER, wf/o Percy TEVIS. Mildred is listed on SSDI (31 Dec. 1908 - 2 July 2002, last res. Lexington, Fayette, KY). You might find clues in her obituary.

There appear to have been several Alberts. FamilySearch shows one born in Iowa & one in Missouri. SSDI has one Albert HOLZHAUSER (22 S 1889 - Sept. 1971, last res. Berlin Heights, Erie, OH), but he appears to have been a bit young to have been the father of Mildred.
