I am descended from James Howe and Catherine Tetherow son James Howe b. January 29, 1826 and his wife Melissa VanMatre. The first James died April 8, 1866 at age 77 yrs 2 months and 24 days. He is buried in Mt. Pleasant cemetery in Oneco, Illinois. My question is---does anyone have definitive info re burial site of Catherine? I have picture of James' tombstone and have one report that Catherine is also buried in Oneco. However, no info for her is shown on his tombstone nor is there a tombstone for her elsewhere in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
