Could your Clementine V. Otwell possibly be known by another name ? In the Otwell data base I maintain I have a daughter of a Paul M. Otwell[Antwell/Atwell/Autwell] listed on the 1850 Titus County census as Caroline Otwell, 2 years old , which would be approximately the time you stated for Clementine.
There is a Clementin Otwell in Madison County Illinois, but I have her marrying another man than your person named Test.
