For those of you wondering about Indian heritage...
Found an interesting book with a good bit of Tesson family history referenced in it. It is called The Indian Journals, 1859-62, and is written by Lewis Henry Morgan. It references Josepsh Tesson, beginning on pg 107. States that he was orphaned and called himself a Pottawatomie Indian. Mentions marriages to several indian women, including Sarah Whitecloud, written about on pg 110. The excerpt in from June 11, 1860. Very interesting!!!
I am a Tesson. Father, Joseph Tesson, was born in St Louis in 1955. His father was Clarence Tesson of St. Louis.
