Dear Mr. Tessier:

Thank you for your comments. I have read this article. I would still like to see or obtain a copy of the lawsuit that was filed in the 1920's and the primary supporting documentation and discovery in this case. If there are case that have been filed in the civil courts before or since the one in the 1920's, I'd like to see paperwork on that. I like to decide for myself what is or is not true or what is or is not litigatable. I want to see something on this in black and white not just one persons opinion on it, which opinion may or may not be qualified.
