I have complete data on the John King Home (it is misspelled Holmes in the 1871 census) family in Almonte. I finally located the only living descendent of same, Eleanore Van Loon who lives in San Francisco. She sent me some pictures of John K. and Lois Teskey Home as well as their children Herbert, William, Laura, Eunice and Cora. Eleanore is the granddaughter of Laura Maud Home Wagner who only had one child Lois Home Wagner. I also have what might be a picture of Franklin Teskey (Lois' brother)-I'm not sure. I think we mayhave been in contact at some prior time via Ken McDonald-Anyway send me an e-mail and I'll fill you in. Barbara Stokely (I live in Indiana)
