Hello Ken:
Finally back into genealogy research after
a six month shut-down to accomodate a number of personal problems.
Your history of the greater family Teskey is
very well done, concise without omitting
essential details.
I had been trying to do much the same, but found myself being distracted too often
by following up minor leads and obscure family connections.Enough of that --- will
stick to the main trunks of the tree, and
embellish them with leaves as they develop.
I have accummulated much information, both
factual data and anecdotal reports in the forms of local histories, family letters,
re-told stories, newspaper reports, etc, etc.
These I will treat by making a study of a
specific family, showing connections within
the greater family, as well as outside. This
will be an on-going project, which is one with no end.
As these families become as complete as I can make them, I will forward to you a copy of same.
I enjoy being a member of the Alberta Genealogical Society, member #3581.
Yours in good fellow-ship, I remain,
James Johnson
