Our "Heritage of Macon County" (NC) has an article on Samuel Andrew Yonce, who was the son of Margaretha Tesch & John Yonce (Yans). According to the article, Heinrich Tesch married Margaretha Jaeger in Penn. Margaretha was born in Holfheim Wetteravia, Germany November 25, 1730, came to America in 1754 and died in Friedburg, NC June 6, 1805. Their daughter, Margaretha, was born in Emmaus Penn Oct 14, 1762 and it was there she married Yohn Yonce in 1782. Their children were: Sarah Yonce, born 7/23/1783 in Penn, John George Yonce, b Nov 6, 1784 in Penn, and Samuel Andrew Yonce, born in 1800 in Ashe Co NC.
Hope this info helps....
