In my Daddy's family bible which has been destroyed since his death, there were names of Hayes, Tesch, Hamburg,Germany. No one in the family seems to know about the names. My ggrand Va.Eliz.Goodwin' parents are listed as Goodwin and Parthena Golden . this is around the mid l880 to l900. Have nothing more. Can't even find John Goodwin and parthena Golden(1823-1903)one time in La. died in Tx.I'm on the east coast which makes it difficult to trace inLa. and Tx. anyone knowing any connection I would be most appreciative.
