I believe I found a Tree for the parents of Vincent Terry....scroll down to the bottom to Source #4.& 5....
Click on 'Register' at the top and you will see where he has Child #11 married to Sparks.
With luck the email address is still good and you can write to the submitter and have the details I have given you. Notice on the 1910 KY, Boyd Co census....Vincent states father & mother bn in West Virginia.

Ordering a copy of Vincent Terry & Mary Sparks marriage record may give you more clues.....probably married in Boyd Co, KY....1905/1906
