Immune system

I have a question regarding our family line. My son was born with SCIDS (servere combined immune deficency) {Pardon my spelling}. I am told that this is hereditary. I am curious to know if there are any other families with immune deficeny? My daughter has a 50/50 chance of being a carrier. SCIDS is what David, the Bubble boy had. Our son, Donald, is doing fine. He had a bone marrow transplant at age 7 months and today (7 years old) he is an active little boy. He still has to undergo IV's every 3 weeks to keep his immune system up to par. Anyway, I would like to know if I have other relatives that also have this in their family line. You can e-mail me at
