Hi Marsha,
I just recently happened upon this website and noticed your posting. Even though this is two years later this may help you. My aunt joined the DAR through James Tenney. James was a Revolutionary war soldier. His headstone even states that he fought in the Revolutionary War. He is buried in Upshur County, WV. I have been to his gravesite and seen the headstone. I don't know what information you might need. If you are still interested, I can get his military information to you.
