Joe,
Nice to met you! Yes, there is a bed & breakfast in Salado that is in house that was built for Levi Tenney when he became the 1st president of Salado college. I think that the different rooms are named after ancestors of Levi. Last time I was in Salado, the house wasn't a bed & breakfast. I have heard that Levi was dismissed as president because he had problems making the boys behave. My great-great Grandfather, Edward was born in Brazoria Co., TX. I have not been to one of the Tenney reunions, but I have been to the website for the Tenney group. Most of my information is from Dr. Speggle, Coryell Co., TX gene society, & research that my Aunt Anita was able to collect on the Tenney family. I just ordered the Tenney book on CD from a place in Flordia & it was very interesting to read a little information on the names of the ancestors. Thanks for the offer to exchange info. Please e-mail me at my AOL e-mail address & we can compare our facts.
bye, Pat-Arl., TX
