My mother's grandmother was a certain Alice Norah Templeton, who was born in Co. Tyrone, Ireland, to a father called James Templeton who was described as a gardener on her marriage certificate.
She married Walter David Markham in Paddington, London, on 14th January 1882.
They had two children, Frederick George Markham in 1883 and Dorothy Agnes Markham on 1st March 1889. I know nothing more about these Templeton ancestors.
Has anybody any more information on them, please? I'd also be grateful for any info on genealogical resources that you might have discovered for County Tyrone.
