I am in possession of a DAR pin belonging to Jeannette Temple Bottorff, deceased. It consists of the ribbon, DAR insignia with her name and National number inscribed on the back, and her Patriot Ancestor Bar with Jacob Teeple inscribed. Both the insignia and the ancestor bar are 14k gold. I would like to return this to one of her descendants or other member of her family. I would ask only to be compensated for the cost of recovering the pin from an antique store. Please respond if interested. Thank you.
