d. 19 June 1897 (34y - 2m - 29 days)
computed birthday: 21 Mar 1863 (Census records indicate 1861)
Joint Stone in cemetery reads
Isaac Teeple 1826 - 1872
Barbary Teeple 1833 - 1916 (I think I had 1913 before, but see below)

Isaac Teeple 13 March 1872 (45y 10m) R14 #8
Sarah (Cripe) Teeple's death notice appears in THE MILFORD MAIL (A Milford area weekly) 28 Aug 1913 and gave her death date as 23 Aug 1913 (Listed as Mrs. John (Cripe) Teeple.
Isaac and Barbary had a sixth child Jackson
d. 10 Aug 1862 11 months Island Cemetery Row9#14
So unless Jackson and John were twins John was probably not born in 1861.
