I saw your 2004 posting on Genealogy.com and this might better help you track down Jane Teed (her name was Ann Jane. This comes from Daniel Johnson's Vital Statistics from NB newspapers.):
Date January 2 1868
County Saint John
Place Saint John
Newspaper Christian Visitor
d. Lower Woodstock (Carleton Co.) 12th ult., Ann Jane w/o Jesse B. TEED, age 60.
You may not have this one:

m. At residence of bride's father near Eel River, 12th inst., by Rev. Thos. Todd, James TEALING / Agnes Amelia TEED d/o Jessie TEED, Woodstock parish (Carleton Co.)
