Hi... caught your message referencing Asa, and was curious if you or anyone else who reads this knows anything about the parents of Alfred Benton Tedrow. Alfred Benton was my great grandfather, and I am having a hard time figuring out how he works in with the rest of the family.
On the LDS site, I found the 1880 census that lists an Asa Wesley Tedrow of Kansas as "Head of Household", with an Alfred Benton Tedrow living there, age 3yrs. I don't think that Alfred B was his son though, as the birth cert for Alfred Benton of Hannibal, MO in 1877 lists a Joseph B. and Abigale Flowers as parents. However, I cannot find a Joseph B. in any of the lineages ever living in MO or anywhere particularly close. I have some theories but I suspect they are wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
