Your William was the brother of my gggggrandfather, Zechariah Tedder. I have 360 ancestors quantified and at the LDS sit to go on line. Meanwhile I have the main players on the LDS site. Go to genealogy, Family Search, Robert Tedder born 1903(My father)and trace back to John Tedder whose inventory of estate was read in 1721 in Sussex County, Va. If interested I can e-mail my file on the Tedders to you. There is a lot of info out there on William to include church records on Brushy Hill. There was an Ernest Tedder who lived in Wilkes County, NC, who did
Tedder research. From him I have civil war records of my ggg grandfather and deeds where Harmon bought land in TChatham County, NC, under the name Harmon tudor then sold the land later under the name Harmon Tedder.
