The birth and marriage entries I quoted are both from the Civil Registration Indexes. Her marriage entry in the index gives the spouse surname; look up the spouse surname entry to confirm forenames etc. I have the entire database of all TEBBUTT entries 1837-1992; there is only one Elsie O TEBBUTT. Her 1916 marriage is from Kettering Registration District Ref 3b409 (which covers more than just Kettering). Full certificate obtainable from Family History Centre (with online ordering) and would quote fathers details, place of marriage etc.
I have taken father (and mother) from the 1901 census which is available on-line. In 1901 she was with parents in Kettering and place of birth quoted as Kettering (ie Kettering Town). Her parents were from Earls Barton.
Elsie was the tenth of twelve children born betweeen 1873 and 1898. Emma, her mother, died 1901Q3 age 46, death registered in Kettering Registration District. George, her father, died 27nov1931 at Kettering; George left a will showing his address as 101 Princes St, Kettering.
