I am searching for the parents of a Josephine TEANOR who married John Daffron/Daffern in Titus or Bowie County, Texas. He died shortly after the Civil War. Josephine was living with a William and Lucinda TEAVER in the 1870 Titus County, Texas census. So, if William is her brother, he maiden name may be TEAVER and not TEANOR.

John and Josephine had two children, Maggie and Melissa "Misshy". After JOhn died, the family story goes that Josephine took the two girls to Arkansas around Sebastian County by horse back. There she married a Honeyman, then later to a Wiley Jetton.

I would love to share information and find her parents. There seems to be a connection to Thomas and Mary TEAVER CLEMENTS family. In the 1860 Titus County, Texas census, there is a Jesephine and William TEVER living in their household.
