Richard Tea is not one of my ancestors, but in pulling a land record for Evan Jenkins, Bedford County, PA, his name is mentioned in the land record. I don't know how these warrants/patents etc work, so I can only quote the record.

"In pursuance of an Order No. 2121 dated the 9th of Dec. 1766 surveyed for Evan Jenkins in right of Agnes McCrea the above described tract of Land (description of land follows.... "including a long bottom abt. two miles below, one standby settlement now in Bedford County surveyed the 19 May 1767 for Mr. Richard Tea. Signed Robert McCrea. This record can be viewed on line at the PA Archives website-land records.
