Trying to locate anyone that knows the connection of Martha Jane Lancaster (Taylor) of Gordo,Ala. She was the wife of Joseph Lancaster CWV. She is buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and was said to have been Creek Indian. Her death was 1893,father from Ga., mother SC. Also the names of her parents. If any females family members have done DNA testing to show possible Indian blood. This would be a blessing to know. I am her g-g- grand daughter. My grand mother was Willie Sigourney Lancaster wife of John Thomas Shirley also of Gordo,Ala.
