Dear Amy,

I think you are talking about Bonnie Christine Burton. I have not done much research on this line but this is what I have. Her parents were David Burton b. 1/1882 and Lura Ellis Taulbee b. 6/1885. Their other children were Gladys Bertha Burton, Callie Margaret Burton, Mattie Mae Burton, Daisy Marie Burton, Robert Gordon Burton, and Maynard Burton. Lura Ellis Taulbee parents were Jarrett C. Taulbee b. between 11/30/1861 and 12/1865. He was married to Jane Stamper b. between 3/10/1860-1866 They had two other children Bertha Taulbee married to first Elisha Burton and second to a M. G. Lacy and Mary Ellen Taulbee who was married three times, Unk Sebastian, an Unk Hayes, and a Bruce Mills. Jarrett C. Taulbee parents were Archibald Leander Taulbee, Sr.b. 1825 and Elizabeth Burton b. 1832.
Archibald's parents were James W. Taulbee, Sr. b. 1795-1798 and Elizabeth Hayes b. 1792-1795. James parents were William Hitchcock Taulbee and Margaret Canady. They are well documented. Hope this helps. Good luck in your search.
Belinda
