Do you know where in VA Mary lived? There was a second Tatum family besides Nathaniel's living in VA at that time. Abel Tatum (probably an immigrant from England) was there by the 1660's and could easily have had a daughter born in 1675. I know he had a son John. Records of this family disappeared with the burning of the local courthouse. I am piecing together what little information I can find and hope to be able to make connections. I am sure that these are the ancestors of the siblings: John, Sgtephen, Benjamin, Sussanah, Nancy, Jemima, and Sarah.
