Henry Tatum 1802-1862 AL, LA

I am trying to establish the parentage of Henry Tatum who was born in 1802 and died in Catahoula Parish, LA in 1862. He was married to Martha McDade in AL sometime before 1829. One of their children, James Tatum, was my ancestor. James was born in 1829 in AL and died 01 Jan 1913 in Sabine Parish, LA.

I have seen some postings on the forum about this subject but no one seemed to have any documentation. Just wanted to see if anyone had found anything new.
