I wish to have a roll call for all Tatom/Tatum Lines. Please Post your information and let us see if we can not make some connections!!! My line starts with Stephen/ Mourning Tatom,Born 1721 Va. Married Mourning "Unknown"in Virginia in the Anglican Church the month was sometime after May 26th, 1746.Stephen and Mourning? had the following children, Stephen, John, Sarah, Anna, William, Elizabeth, Frances, Rizia, Mary. Jemimah.John Tatum had several children , one of which was William. William had a son named James A. Tatum (my GGGrandfather) Married to Anne T.? James had the following children and they are whom I am most interested in. James W. Willis George,(my GGrandfather).
Augustas H. Samuel, Thomas B. Ledora/Sedora, David S. Richard Allen, Eugene L. James and Anne were still living and listed on the 1900 census, Eureka Springs Arkansas, Sedora/ Ledora age 24 was listed with them in 1880, but I think she married a Baker in 1881.Willis George died in Siloam Springs Arkansas, December 8, 1889, his wife Elizabeth Ann Watson Tatum, died the following February 11, 1890, also in Siloam Springs Arkansas. My Gandfather , son of Willis George and Elizabeth, was William Allen Tatom, (note the change in spelling!!! I would appreciate any information one has to share on these Tatum/Tatom's. Especially any thing on Ledora/ Sedora Tatum and her possible marriage to ??? Possibly a Baker.Or any thing on her brothers . Thanks, Billie Tatom Ford.
