I can find Melvina and Harrison Hutchcraft on the 1860, 1870 and 1880 cenuses in IL, but on none of them do they have a daughter named Nancy Ann.
1860, Burnt Prairie, White Co, IL

If your birthdate for Nancy is correct she would be 3 or 4 in this census.
They are living right next door to Elijah Hutchcraft age 24, Emaline Hutchcraft age 21 and George Hutchcraft age 26.
