I am looking for the Tate family of Hall County Georgia. This family is the one a Mary Elenor Tate is from. She married Marion Grant in Hall County, October of 1881. They moved to Pope County, Arkansas in the 1880s. They had three sons together and M. Elenor died and was buried in the Pisqah Cemetery in Pope County. I have downloaded her grave on Virtual Cemetery. I believe her parents might be Robert and Nancy Tate. Some of their children according to R. Tate's Will-Willam,Daniel,James M.,Miles G.,Thomas,Penelope Shockley,and Martha F. Putsan. This family did have a Mary E. that was married but divorced a Wiley H. Blackwell. Marion Grant also divorced his first wife, Darcus Smith. (This is not my family (Tate), I am researching it).
