He was last residing in Stigler, Haskell, Ok.
From 1910 to 1930, Wiley’s occupation was listed as farmer.
Wiley L. Timmons 1st wife was Luella E. [last name unknown] born about 1890 in MS.
Luella’s parents were born in AL. She married Wiley Timmons around 1906 presumably in Ms. and died before 1920, possibly in Ok.
Children of Wiley and Luella Timmons were:
1. Son Sidney Timmons b. abt. 1910 in Mississippi [presumably the William S. Timmons in the 1910 census] Sidney Timmons, son of Wiley and 1st wife Luella Timmons, was working as a hired hand for Jeff and Wilma R. Thompson in Liberty, Haskell Co., Ok. in 1930. I found a Sid Timmons in the SSDI which might be your Sidney Timmons. See Below.

Wiley’s 2nd wife was Elsie M. Tate born about 1902 in Missouri. Elsie’s parents were born in Missouri too.
Elsie married Wiley Timmons around 1921 or 1922, presumably in MS.
Children of Wiley and Elsie Timmons were:
1. Son Willard Timmons b. abt. 1921 in Ok.
2. Son Joe Timmons b. abt. 1923 in Ok.
[The SSDI shows a Joe Timmons b. 04 Aug 1922 d. 25 Sep 2002
last residing in Keota, Haskell, Ok.]

5. Daug Irene Timmons b. abt. 1929 in Ok.

Byron’s 1st wife was Mary [last name unknown - possibly Mary Cromeans]
Byron and 1st wife had at least one child together – Mary B. Timmons born Jan 1883. Mary married a man by the last name of Haman? who was born in AL. Together they had a daughter named Lela May Haman? born Sep 1899 in Ms.

Her father was born AL. and her mother was born SC.
Byron married Sarah around 1884 in MS. [?]

FamilySearch.Org. had a family tree submitted online by a Mr. Huddleston in Kentucky for a Byron Sylvanus Timmons born 23 Oct 1855 in Fulton, Itawamba, MS. who died 1 Sep 1853. His spouse is shown as being Mary Louie Cromeans b. 22 Nov. 1876 in Itawamba, MS. died 8 Feb 1883. However, there’s also a Bryon S. Timmons listed born 23 Oct 1855 in Bay Springs, Jasper, MS. and his mother is shown as Lucinda Timmons. Please keep in mind though I don’t know which one, if either of these, was your Bryon Sylvanus Timmons.
This was taken from the Mink Family Tree posted in Rootsweb World Connect by Mr. Mink [but again I don’t know how correct it is so you might want to go to that site yourself, see what he has posted and email him with any questions you may have.] I think Mr. Mink meant that Mary Cromeans was Byron Timmons 1st wife not his 3rd; Minnie was his 3rd wife.

1st marriage was to Betty Ryans [this is probably Sarah E.] b: ABT. 1865. They had two children – Wiley Timmons and Riley Timmons both born 17 Mar 1888.
2nd marriage was to Minnie Rogers b: ABT. 1895. They had one child – Byron Buford Timmons born 18 Oct 1917 in Union Co., MS.
3rd marriage was to Mary Louie Cromeans b: 8 FEB 1861 in Fulton, Itawamba Co., MS.
They married on 22 NOV 1876 in Fulton, Itawamba Co., MS. They had three children – Cora T. Timmons born 28 Apr 1878 in Fulton, Itawamba Co., MS., Ira A. Timmons born 6 May 1880 in Itawamba [I presume this is the Johnnie who was listed in the 1880 census below] and Mary Belle Timmons born 24 Jan 1882 [presumably the Mary B. Haman? listed in the 1900 Census].

1930 Census for Sevier, Arkansas
Bryon L. Timmons b. 1856 MS, wife Manuel b. 1898 and son Buford b. 1918. [Remember, on the 1930 census records, I can only get what Ancestry allows me to get for free]
As for the Tate Family, I’m having a lot of trouble with them so I don’t know if I’ll be able to help on that or not. I’ll keep trying and let you know what I find.
