I realize it has been awhile since this was posted, but I couldn't help but laugh at the dates for William B. Tart...he would have been 127 years old according to the dates posted.

Additional Information on this family:
Kitsey was the daughter of Allen Mark Johnson and Elizabeth Lee. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joab Lee and Alley Lee. Yes, Lee married Lee.

William B. and Kitsey had following children: Nancy E. born Feb 1870, Nathan L. born April 1873, Lucy C. b c 1876 Minson A 5 December 1878, Perry J.April 1880 , Ira W. November 1882, Ella W. August 1888. Data from 1880 and 1900 Census. In 1900 was stated they'd been married 32 years, had 7 children with 6 living at this census.

Winifred Smith and James William [Billy] Tart are parents of Willilam Bud. Winifred's sister, Pennia Jane Smith married Billy Tart's brother, Thomas Tart.
Winifred and Pennia Jane are daughters of James Smith and Jane Lee. Yes--you are cousins more than once !!

James William [Billy] Tart and Thomas Tart are sons of Thomas Tart and Elizabeth Westbrook...and there is additional kin as William Lee, Jr. born c 1713 Brunswick County Virginia died c 1794 Sampson County, NC married Elizabeth Ann Westbrook.

As to the Lee lineage--the ones listed are referred to as the "William-Peter Lee" lineage...goes back to the Hugh Lee.

Most of the families "South of the Neuse", Johnston County, NC and North western section Sampson County are kin.
This is probably more information than you wanted.
