Helen, I have found some of the Tarry family history that you are searching for on Samuel Tarry born 1716, died 1765. I have some charts I'd like to send you that I made up to better understand where everyone fits in. There was a second marriage after Mary Booker Tarry died and I believe that your Samuel was from this marriage as was mine. You will see how they all fit in when you get the charts. I'll contact you through email and give more information. You'll see how some of the names repeat themselves in the generations on the charts, that makes it fairly certain how they all fit in. If you think this is your heritage it changes who your ancesters might be if you are from the 2nd marriage of that Samuel. I'll see you on email.
