I agree that there are several errors in some of the research in the you mentioned. Here is the website that gives the information on the Old Moral Cemetery in Potawatomie Co.,Okla.

There are directions which tell where is located and how to get there. There might be the death records in the county seat for this William Tarkington.
He is listed in on the website.
