Thomas Tarbox was born in Biddeford, York Co., Maine on 13 November 1799 and died 01 April 1886 in Parsonsfield, York Co.,Maine at the age of 87 years. Thomas married on 26 June 1826 to Hannah Beedell both being of Limerick, York Co., Maine at the time. Hannah was born 24 June 1802 in York, York Co., Maine. Hannah died 29 December 1870 in Parsonsfield, York Co.,Maine.
Thomas and Hannah had nine children:
1) Child, born 18 July 1830. Drowned in 1831 at 15 months old
2) Child, died July 1834 at age 6 months
3) Martha J., born 09 February 1828, died 06 August 1897 in Limington, York Co., Maine. She married 04 July 1859 to Moses Chick of East Limington, Maine. Moses was born 17 December 1825 and died 06 June 1904 in Limington, York Co., Maine.
4) George Bedell, born 01 March 1832, died 19 September 1921 in Parsonsfield, York Co., Maine. He married 01 January 1864 to Adeline Sarah Hasty of Parsonsfield, Maine.
5) Sarah M. born 30 January 1834
6) Charles E., born 01 September 1837, lived in Lynn, Mass.
7) William H., born 18 April 1840
8) Lydia A., born 05 May 1835, died 22 July 1911 at age 76 years, 2 months, 4 days in Porter, Maine, Marriage intentions filed 25 November 1867 to Oliver W. Staples of Waterboro, York Co., Maine
9) Sarah E., born 12 June 1842, died 21 September 1902 at age 63 years, in Cornish, York Co., Maine. She married James W. Anderson of Limington. James died 06 July 1883 at age 40 years, 5 months in Parsonsfield, York Co., Maine.
